Marc
Laredo concentrates his practice in business litigation and
general business law. Mr.
Laredo represents clients in a wide array of business disputes,
including contract cases, disagreements in closely-held
corporations, business torts, non-competition agreements,
government investigations, commercial landlord-tenant matters,
and construction cases. Mr.
Laredo also serves as counsel to a number of businesses,
advising them on issues such as the initial formation and
maintenance of the business entity, contract and employment
matters, and crisis situations.

Mr.
