Our Work

• Successfully defeated a motion for a preliminary injunction brought against a financial services company for hiring an employee in violation of a no solicitation agreement. The case then quickly settled and the client was able to continue to employ the individual.

• Orchestrated the confidential, safe and successful termination of a company’s employees who had been engaged in theft and harassment.
• Defended a non-profit organization whose employee had filed a discrimination claim alleging that the organization was not accommodating his disabilities. Arranged a creative solution whereby the employee was able to retire and the company was able to accomplish its goals.

• Represented one of the founding partners of a law firm in the lawyer’s departure from the firm. The attorneys parted without the animosity that often accompanies the dissolution of a firm and litigation was avoided.
