Our Work

• Brought on as local counsel by a large national law firm to defend a case of patent infringement in the communication technology industry. After a month-long jury trial in federal court, the jury found in favor of the company on all counts and the sales of the product continued uninterrupted.

• Served as coordinating counsel for multiple defendants in a federal class action lawsuit regarding privacy issues arising from data collection. Summary judgment was granted in favor of our clients
• Represented an insurance carrier in successfully resolving a case involving complicated issues under the Uniform Commercial Code

• Adopted an aggressive litigation posture in a shareholders’ dispute, including filing a second lawsuit that promptly and positively resolved a case that had been languishing for almost three years before we were retained.
